All areas to be painted will either be power washed or hand washed (as per Proposal) to remove any dirt, debris, and mildew. This is an important step because it allows the new paint to properly adhere to the surface of your home's exterior. We will also take care to protect any landscaping or other areas around your home from being damaged by the power washing process.

Once the surface is clean, we will scrape any areas where there is loose paint and scuff sand any glossy areas. We can also caulk all the gaps on your walls in order to prevent water intrusion from damaging the interior of your home. This step is important in ensuring that your home is protected from the elements.

After the surface is prepared, we will make any necessary repairs and apply primer to the areas that need it. Our premium quality paint is then applied to the exterior of your home with a uniform finish.
